I’m Nathan. I’m a 32 year old guy from Kansas City who is obsessed with the idea of Lifestye Design, and Lifestyle Entrepreneurship. I love my life, and consider myself the luckiest guy on Earth.

I haven’t struck gold yet, I drive a 12 year old, ahem,”luxury” SUV, and am far from a millionaire. What I do have is a beautiful girlfriend, a supportive family, and awesome friends who support my ideas and ambition every step of the way. One day, my line of work will allow me to spend much more time with them.

MY STORY

I have an 8-5 corporate job, which I really do enjoy. I work as a Freight Broker for one of the largest brokerages in the US, and love the line of work I am in.

I also have this insane affinity towards all things real estate. I have worked in residential real estate sales since 2009, and absolutely love real estate marketing, real estate coaching, and investing. So much so that I’ve created and host The BulletProof Listings Podcast. It provides real estate agents of all experiences with inspiration, motivation, and actionable advice that they can apply to their businesses.

I’m also in the development stages of FSBOMethod, an online course that teaches those who wish to sell their homes with our an agent, how to market and advertise their homes like a pro!

Turns out that I love keeping myself busy. I actually have a bit of a panic attack whenever I sit down and turn on the TV. Between spending time with my girlfriend, training Jiu Jitsu with my friends, working out, and creating awesome online businesses – I could not be happier in life.

SO WHY THIS BLOG?

I see this blog as a place to tell the world who I am, and what I’m all about. I want to document my life’s journey, treat my daily workouts, trainings, and diets and experiments, and showcase all of my business muses. I want to be 100% transparent and authentic as possible with everything I do online and offline. My businesses, my strategies and my life – it’s all out there for you to see. I’m not trying to show off my success – This is sort of a way to pay homage to those who have inspired me to take on what I feel is the best life possible.
